We want you to love your Dime pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure all tags remain attached to be eligible for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.

  Drop Off Package

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier at any official drop-off location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
